Tell a trusted adult \u2013 this may be your mum, dad or teacher &#8211; who will help you and may be able to stop it; and<\/li>\n<li>save all nasty messages and emails. You don\u2019t have to read them, but save them so that you can show someone later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Who can I talk to about cyber-bullying?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"accordion-reveal\">\n<p>Voice is here to help you, no matter what has happened.
